Asden Management, a rapidly growing Real Estate Management Company with properties in several states, is looking for excellent employees to add to our team!
We are currently seeking a full time Painter to paint and prepare occupied and vacant apartments, paint common areas (hallways, lobby, stairwells, etc...), and paint renewal apartments as needed, at our beautiful 550 Apartment Complex in Cherry Hill, NJ
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
· Plaster and Painting
· Sheetrock repairs
· moldings installation/repair
· Perform any necessary “make ready” tasks to prepare vacant apartments for move-in, including repairs, cleaning and any other necessary tasks
· Clean out all trash from apartments before, during and after make-ready activity
· Perform other tasks as directed
Job requirements:
· A minimum of 3 years of painting experience
· MUST have attention to detail

Pay: $21.33 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
