What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dental Sterilization Technician position at ASE Dental Group?
Want to be part of a tech-driven dental team that integrates the latest digital technology, including digital X-rays, intraoral scanning, same-day CEREC crowns, and 3D printing? We are looking for a Dental Sterilization Technician to help maintain our high standards of infection control and ensure our advanced equipment is always patient ready.
What You’ll Do:
- Properly clean, sterilize, and store dental instruments following OSHA and CDC guidelines
- Maintain and monitor sterilization equipment (autoclaves, ultrasonic cleaners)
- Keep treatment rooms and sterilization areas stocked and organized
- Assist with operatory turnover between patients
- Ensure compliance with infection control and sterilization protocols
- Learn and assist with digital workflows for intraoral scanning and CEREC restorations (if interested)
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a dental or healthcare setting preferred, but not required (training provided)
- Interest in working with advanced dental technology, including 3D printing and digital workflows
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict sterilization protocols
- Team player with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $18.58 - $20.14 per hour
