Asena Advisors is seeking a Sales Administrator & Client Relationship Representative to perform the following administrative duties : data cleansing, lead nurturing, and reporting on lead quality and conversion rates to support the sales team’s efforts; managing the flow of incoming sales leads, including data entry, qualification, distribution, and tracking progress within our CRM software to ensure efficient lead generation and sales pipeline management. This person will also act as the primary point of contact for client concerns and work with our internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. The role will establish, develop, and nurture lasting relationships with clients and create sales strategies to generate revenue. The role will also include the following sales administration : data cleansing, lead nurturing, and reporting on lead quality and conversion rates to support the sales team’s efforts; managing the flow of incoming sales leads, including data entry, qualification, distribution, and tracking progress within our CRM software to ensure efficient lead generation and sales pipeline management.
Responsibilities : Sales Team Support :
Provide administrative assistance to Sales Team
Lead Capture and Data Entry :
Receive incoming sales leads from various sources (website forms, phone inquiries, marketing campaigns).
Accurately input lead information into the CRM system, ensuring data integrity.
Standardize and clean data to maintain consistent formatting.
Lead Qualification :
Review lead information to identify qualified potential clients based on predetermined criteria
Contact leads to verify information and further qualify their needs
Assign leads to appropriate sales representatives based on territory and expertise
Maintain current client relationship and identifying areas for potential clients
Prepare engagement letters ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Lead Nurturing :
Send automated email campaigns to leads based on their stage in the sales funnel
Provide relevant content and information to keep leads engaged until ready to contact by consultant
Sales Pipeline Management :
Track the progress of leads through the sales pipeline within the CRM system
Monitor lead conversion rates and identify areas for improvement
Report on key sales metrics like lead generation, qualification rates, and sales conversion
Client Relations
Ability to skillfully manage client expectations, deliver exemplary service, and generate stable revenue
Develop and implement sales strategies
Ensure client satisfaction with company services
Conduct research on the competition
Set revenue targets
Spearhead initiatives with the sales team to up-sell or cross-sell company services
Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs
Requirements :
Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of CRM software : Active Campaign
Time management and planning skills : Excellent organizational skills to meet goals and set priorities
BSc / BA in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in tracking, measuring, and drawing insights from KPIs
Demonstrated history of meeting and exceeding targets
Be proactive, organized and handle work under stressful and uncertain environments
