Job Duties :
- Upholding current State Board of Pharmacy (BOP) regulations
- Oversees compounding, fulfillment, and clinical teams
- Ensures all licensing and standards requirements are met
- Supports a team of pharmacy technicians and pharmacists as direct reports
- Approving payroll, end of year performance evaluations, and other managerial job duties if direct reports
- Overseeing on-call rotation

What We Offer :
Schedule : Full-Time Monday-Friday with On-call Rotation. Typical hours are 8 : 30-5pm; however may involve staying later if necessary. On-call primarily done from home using phone and laptop; may involve coming onsite if absolutely necessary / staying after hours during weekdays if needed.
