Ready to take your experience as a skilled Press Brake Operator someplace new? In this role, you will be responsible for the setup and operation of assigned fabrication machines to form parts from cold-rolled, stainless steel, and aluminum, in accordance with manufacturing procedures and scheduling requirements.
Press Brake Operator Job Responsibilities :
- Form parts from cold-rolled, stainless steel, and aluminum, following manufacturing procedures and scheduling requirements.
- Setup and operate Amada Press Brakes (RG, HFB, HDS, and FBD) and Safan machines.
- Select, load, and install correct tooling; maintain tool inventory by keeping tools clean and orderly.
- Work from live schedules, verbal and written instructions, bills of material, routing, samples, blueprints, and control plans.
- Perform quality inspections of parts to ensure products exceed customer expectations.
- Assist in the efficient flow of raw materials routed to the track and downstream processes of parts; Utilize space efficiently.
Press Brake Operator Requirements :
Pay : $19.00 - $26.00 / hr
Schedule : This is a full-time position on the 1st shift, 5 : 00am-1 : 00pm Tuesday thru Friday with the possibility of mandatory overtime as needed on Mondays.
