ASGCO engineers, manufactures, and distributes a wide array of conveyor and screening components, all specifically designed for the above-ground and underground mining, aggregate, cement, recycling, bulk shipping terminals, pulp and paper, food processing and other bulk material handling industries. We focus on providing exceptional products and service to our customers with the best solutions to their conveyor and screening material handling applications.
ASGCO has a Field Service Planner/ Inside Sales opening for a candidate that will be responsible for estimating job costs and assisting the service manager with coordinating labor and equipment. This applicant must be able to maintain high quality work and a high level of attention to detail while ensuring service employees’ productivity and safe operation of the department. The right person for this position must have experience with project management and estimating experience. This ideal candidate will have been working in an estimating and project management role. The ability to deal with deadlines estimate, schedule conveyor installs/repairs and Project manage simultaneously is a must. This is not a behind- the- desk computer job as you will be working in the service department.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Quote and schedule field service jobs and projects with end-user customers
- Coordinate field service crews and materials for customer jobs and projects
- Excellent planning and coordination skills are a must
- 2 years of customer service experience in a relative industry required
- 2 years of scheduling experience required
- 2 years of experience in a relative industry preferred
- Must be mechanically inclined
- Must have a positive mindset and a willingness to learn
- Conveyor/ material handling industry experience preferred
