ASGCO engineers, manufactures and distributes a wide array of conveyor and screening components, all specifically designed for the above-ground and underground mining, aggregate, cement, recycling, bulk shipping terminals, pulp and paper, food processing, and other bulk material handling industries. We focus on providing exceptional products and service to our customers with the best solutions for their conveyor and screening material handling applications.
ASGCO has a Field Service Planner opening for a candidate to assist the Service Manager who will be responsible for estimating job costs and coordinating labor and equipment. This applicant must be able to maintain high-quality work and a high level of attention to detail while ensuring service employees’ productivity and the safe operation of the department. The right candidate must have experience with Project Management and Estimating. The ability to deal with deadline estimates and schedule conveyor installs/repairs. Prior Field Service Tech experience is a plus. This is not a sit-behind computer job as you will be working in the Service department area of the warehouse. Loading and unloading service trucks, assisting the Service Manager with scheduling of jobs.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
- Quote and schedule field service jobs and projects with end-user customers.
- Coordinate field service crews and materials for customer jobs and projects.
- Loading and Unloading the Service Trucks.
- Excellent planning and coordination skills are a must.
- Provide support to the Service Manager.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- 2-3 years of customer service experience in a relative industry is required.
- 2-3 years of scheduling experience required.
- 2 years of management experience in a relative industry is preferred.
- Basic computer skills MSoffice, Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
- 2 years of Field Service Technician experience.
- Must be mechanically inclined.
- Must have a positive mindset and a willingness to learn.
- Reasoning Ability - Ability to carry out detailed instructions and handle difficult situations.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs or more.
- Conveyor/ industrial equipment experience is a plus.
