Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management:
- Lead and manage all fabrication operations, including production planning, scheduling, workflow optimization, and resource allocation.
- Monitor production performance metrics (e.g., cycle time, scrap rates, throughput) and implement improvements to maximize efficiency.
- Oversee quality control procedures throughout the fabrication process, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer specifications.
- Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to optimize stock and minimize carrying costs.
- Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with the CEO to develop and execute strategic plans for the fabrication business, including capacity expansion, product diversification, and technology upgrades.
- Identify and implement operational improvements to streamline processes, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for new product development and service offerings.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of production managers, engineers, quality inspectors, and other operational staff.
