We are seeking an experienced RN Clinical Manager to lead our Assisted Living team and oversee the care performance of our teams.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality care and services to residents, and collaborating with other team members to achieve our goals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the Assisted Living team and overseeing the care performance of our teams
- Ensuring compliance with state, local, and company policies, procedures, and regulations
- Providing clinical oversight and care to residents within Assisted Living and Memory Care
Requirements include:
- Current RN license in the state in which they operate
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a registered nurse
- Management experience within a Home Health, Assisted Living, and/or Memory Care licensed setting preferred
We offer a competitive salary range starting at $90k with potential for annual bonus, plus benefits such as medical, dental and vision packages, PTO Plans, 401k, onsite medical centers, and education assistance.
