We are seeking a highly experienced Resident Care Director to lead our nursing team and ensure exceptional care for our residents. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Degree in nursing from an accredited institution and current licensure as LVN/LPN.
- At least two years' experience in nursing, preferably in long-term care or home health.
- Nursing management experience, including staff supervision and performance management.
