Job Description Summary
A-B Tech is looking for an enthusiastic and dependable person experienced in construction to teach adults in our upcoming Construction Boot Camp, an eight-week program which trains adults for entry-level careers in construction.
Duties
During engaging lectures and hands-on skill labs, the instructor will provide the training necessary for the students to meet pre-defined learning objectives. During each course, instructors submit all materials for review and approval in addition to maintaining an accurate student roster, attendance sheet and other required records.
Minimum Requirements
1. Five years of work experience in the construction field.
2. OSHA-10 card
3. Valid Drivers License
Preferred Qualifications
1. One or more years of teaching experience
2. Previous experience teaching adults in a community college setting.
