Duties
1. Downloads College Foundation of North Carolina (CFNC) college applications and residency information and reviews data for quality assurance.
2. Assists with Career and College Promise (CCP) applications and scanning.
3. Enters high school transcripts and developmental alternative placement data into student records.
4. Assists students with the Residency Determination System (RDS) process and application.

5. Generates correspondence to applicants concerning admissions and enrollment steps.
6. Responds to student e-mail inquiries and coordinates staff follow-up for necessary services.
7. Disseminates program information sheets/materials and other admissions information.
8. Assists the Associate Director of Enrollment Services, Advising, and faculty with the selective and limited program admissions process.
9. Assists with Enrollment Services communications to prospective students and applicants.
10. Uses Informer, Microsoft Excel and other College technology data sources to produce reports for the Associate Director and Director of Enrollment Services.
11. Assists students and visitors with college information, admissions process, registration activities, basic financial aid information, and properly directs students needing additional assistance.
12. Assists with campus tours, New Student Orientation and College special events.
13. Contributes to the College Vision, Mission, Values, and R.I.S.E. College statement.
14. Supports workforce diversity in all its aspects.

Minimum Requirements (Applicant must meet all of the minimum requirements)
1. High school diploma or its equivalent;
2. One year of part-time or equivalent experience working in an educational or office setting with responsibilities including database management and utilizing Microsoft Office Suites.

Preferred Qualifications
1. Two years of part-time or equivalent experience working in an educational or office setting with responsibilities including database management and utilizing Microsoft Office Suites

3. Experience in community college admissions, recruiting or enrollment management.
4. Proficiency in a foreign language such as Spanish, an East Slavic language, and/or American Sign Language.
