Position Overview :
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in substance abuse treatment and a passion for helping individuals on their journey to recovery. This role will involve providing medical care, supporting treatment plans, and collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care for our patients.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of patients.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
- Provide medication management, including prescribing and monitoring medications as necessary.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment options, medications, and recovery strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
- Participate in team meetings and case reviews.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards.
