Pay Structure:

• Training Period: $16/hour while learning the trade and perfecting your skills.

• Performance Pay: After training, transition to a percentage-based pay structure that rewards your productivity, with the potential to earn significantly more earning that would equate to $25 per hour

• Bonus Opportunities: Additional financial incentives for exceptional work, teamwork, and achieving company goals.

What You’ll Do:

• Safely climb ladders and work on roofs to install seamless gutters and leaf guard systems with precision and quality.

• Provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism on job sites.

• Occasionally assist in measuring homes for estimates, a secondary task that can broaden your expertise.

• A valid driver’s license and confidence working at heights.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Construction: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)

• Asheville, NC 28801 (Required)
