Gutter Fabrication and Installation Responsibilities and Qualifications:
· Measuring and Math Skills
· Metal bending experience (experience with a K style machine preferred)
· Ladder safety and experience with ladder jacks
· Tool knowledge
· Physically capable of working on feet and lifting over 50 lbs. at a time throughout 8 hours
· Installation of roofing, and gutters
· Essential tools, including drills, chop saws, tape measure and snips
· Active and clean driving record
· Ability to safely drive and maneuver a box truck
- Willingness to learn through on-the-job training
- Enthusiasm for working outside in the elements and being physically active
- Presentable in appearance, and professional when communicating with both customers and Benton Team Members
- Ability to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and think outside-the-box
