Job Summary
The Evening Supervisor is a key member of the Nursing Department at Ashford Place Health Campus, responsible for overseeing the evening functions and ensuring the highest degree of quality care. The successful candidate will work closely with the Director of Health Services and Assistant Director of Health Services to plan, develop, and direct nursing services in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, developing, and implementing nursing service department programs and activities.
- Makes written and oral reports/recommendations to the ADHS/DHS as necessary/required, concerning the operation of the nursing service department.
- Supervise, oversee, and assist with all resident care according to assessed resident status and established plan of care.
- Initiate and manage reportables with communication and supervision from ED/DHS.
Requirements
- Prior leadership experience preferred but not required.
- Unencumbered LPN or RN license in the state they are working.
