At Ashford Place Health Campus, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursing Department Manager to oversee the evening functions of our Nursing Department(s). This role will report directly to the Director of Health Services and Assistant Director of Health Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in planning, organizing, developing, and directing nursing services to ensure the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in planning, organizing, developing, and directing nursing services to ensure the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday Evening Shift
- 1pm-9:30pm, 2pm-10:30pm, or 3pm-11:30
- Clinical Leadership on-call rotation as required
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director of Health Services and Assistant Director of Health Services in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the nursing service department.
- Makes written and oral reports/recommendations to the Director of Health Services/Assistant Director of Health Services concerning the operation of the nursing service department.
- Coordinates with other resident services to ensure continuity of care.
- Initiates and manages reportables with supervision from the Director of Health Services/Assistant Director of Health Services.
- Completes nursing admission assessments and baseline care planning for new admissions.
- Ensures accurate documentation of daily skilled care.
- Supervises and assists with resident care according to assessed resident status and established plan of care.
