About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer and Designer to join our team at Ashland Foundry & Machine Works LLC. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing efficient CNC programs to drive shop floor productivity.
Main Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date CNC programs and databases.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure seamless implementation of new programs.
- Conduct regular maintenance and optimization of computer manufacturing and production machines.
- Analyze job orders and drawings to calculate dimensions, tool selection, and machine speeds.
Requirements:
- Education: Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience: Three years as a CNC Machinist or equivalent experience.
- Skills: Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, and models.
