The Manufacturing Engineer CNC Programmer plays a crucial role in supporting production operations at Ashland Foundry & Machine Works LLC. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing efficient CNC programs to drive shop floor productivity.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and optimize CNC programs to meet production demands.
- Ensure all existing programs, databases, and routings are up-to-date and accurate.
- Set up and maintain computer manufacturing and production machines.
- Program precision computer equipment according to job specifications.
Requirements:
- Education: Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience: Three years as a CNC Machinist or equivalent experience.
- Skills: Ability to edit, interpret, and program G-code efficiently, knowledge of design techniques and tools, ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and senior managers.
