Job Summary
As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for Ashlawn Consulting LLC, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure smooth operations.
Duties
- Greet and welcome guests/patients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls appropriately -Checking patients in and out
- Check email account and respond to inquiries promptly
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist with clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, uploading and photocopying
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
Experience
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of basic office management & procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to handle patient inquiries with professionalism and efficiency - Familiar with HIPAA laws
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
