Position Summary

The Clinical Administrator oversees the operations of the in-person family program, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services that align with the program’s specific schedule and curriculum. This role includes managing assigned staff, coordinating with other departments, scheduling family participation, and collecting and analyzing outcome data. The Clinical Administrator contributes to program facilitation and development, marketing, education, and continuous improvement efforts, ensuring a seamless experience for families while supporting the organization's mission.

Administrative

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the daily operations of the family program, ensuring adherence to schedules, curriculum, and operational policies.
  • Oversee staff scheduling, performance, and productivity, providing coverage during absences.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., clinical, admissions, facilities) to ensure smooth program operations.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction surveys and collect data for outcome measurement and reporting.
  • Participate in candidate selection, hiring, and training processes for program staff.
  • Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner in the electronic medical record system.
  • Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations and organizational policies.

Clinical

  • Provide case management and coordination of care, ensuring seamless communication with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary meetings, offering insight into family dynamics and progress.
  • Provide coverage for clinical duties, including facilitating family sessions or groups, in the absence of assigned staff.
  • Support families by addressing concerns, educating them on treatment processes, and enhancing their experience within the program.
  • Facilitate educational lectures for patient community.

Program Development And Continuous Improvement

  • Contribute to program development initiatives, incorporating feedback from families, staff, and stakeholders.
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts to enhance program quality, efficiency, and outcomes.
  • Analyze outcome data and collaborate with leadership to develop strategies for program growth and improvement.

Education And Marketing

  • Provide education to referral sources, community partners, staff, patients, and families regarding the family program.
  • Participate in internal and external marketing efforts, including speaking engagements and networking events.
  • Develop and deliver educational materials, presentations, and resources to promote the family program.

Responsibilities

  • Protects the privacy of our patient’s protected health information by maintaining compliance with HIPAA and other relevant Ashley related IT security regulations

Desired Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
  • Active licensure in Maryland as an LCPC, LCSW-C, or LCMFT.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience, with a focus on family systems, substance use disorders (SUD), and/or mental health treatment.
  • Demonstrated experience in program management, staff supervision, and administrative responsibilities.
  • Experience facilitating family therapy or educational groups preferred.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with families, staff, and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical record systems and data analysis for outcome measurement.
  • Ability to think critically and creatively to address challenges and improve program outcomes.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practices in family therapy, SUD treatment, and trauma-informed care.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for community outreach and speaking engagements.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding ethical standards of practice.
  • Must be able to speak and write clearly; must have excellent listening skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Outlook, Word and Excel.

POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK

☒May need to work untraditional work hours such as weekends, evenings, observed holidays, and nights.

Salary : $68,000 - $85,000
