What You’ll Do:

As our Construction Project Manager / Estimator, you will be responsible for overseeing every aspect of custom home construction projects. From initial estimating and cost analysis to project management and client coordination, your expertise will ensure the seamless execution of each luxury home we build.

• Project Oversight: Manage multiple custom residential projects simultaneously, ensuring that each is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You'll coordinate the day-to-day operations, handling everything from material procurement to managing contractors and subcontractors.
• Estimating & Budgeting: Develop detailed and accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, and other resources. You will prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring all costs are aligned with the client’s expectations and the project scope. You’ll be the key person in ensuring that any changes to the project are properly accounted for.
• Client Collaboration: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring clear communication, managing expectations, and providing updates on progress. You’ll build strong relationships with clients and ensure their vision is brought to life in every detail of the project.
• Scheduling & Coordination: Create and manage detailed project schedules. Ensure the timely delivery of materials and that subcontractors and vendors adhere to deadlines. Your proactive approach will keep things on track, and your attention to detail will ensure that nothing is overlooked.
• Quality Control & Problem Solving: Oversee the quality of work on-site, ensuring all work meets the highest standards of craftsmanship and adheres to building codes. You’ll address any issues that arise, providing quick solutions to keep projects moving smoothly.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks early in the project and develop strategies to mitigate them. You’ll be proactive in ensuring that all projects comply with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• Extensive Experience in Custom Residential Construction: You have 5–10 years of experience managing high-end custom residential projects and estimating costs for luxury homes. Your experience includes overseeing everything from luxury single-family homes to complex renovations.
• Strong Estimating & Budgeting Skills: You have a deep understanding of construction costs, and you’re adept at creating accurate, detailed estimates. Managing budgets and tracking expenses is second nature to you, and you can identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising on quality.
• Project Management Expertise: You have hands-on experience with all stages of project management, including scheduling, resource management, and on-site supervision. You’re comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously and can efficiently delegate tasks.
• Client-Focused Approach: You excel at maintaining positive relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering a product that exceeds their expectations. You’re skilled at managing client expectations and keeping them informed throughout the project.
• Excellent Communication: You are an effective communicator and are comfortable leading meetings, coordinating with subcontractors, and providing regular updates to clients and upper management.
• Proven Leadership: You have experience leading and managing teams, ensuring everyone is working together to meet project deadlines. You inspire those around you to perform at their best.
• Knowledge of High-End Residential Standards: You’re familiar with the intricacies of luxury home construction, including specialized materials, finishes, and advanced building techniques. You understand the importance of detail and craftsmanship in custom residential projects.
• Technology Proficiency: You are comfortable using construction management software (e.g., Microsoft Excell, Project) to track schedules, budgets, and project documentation. You’re also quick to adapt to new tools and technologies that improve project efficiency.
