Desktop Support Analyst, Colton CA :
What Will You Do?
- You will be responsible for all in-house repairs of laptop and desktop computers, servicing equipment, and imaging and inventory. This position will receive, prioritize, document, and actively resolve end-user help tickets as well as troubleshoot Microsoft Desktop Operating System and application issues.
- You will adhere to the company computer security policy, systems development standards, and other company and departmental policies and processes.
- You will review, analyze, configure, test, and debug documents and install software programs and scripts.

Compensation : This position pays an hourly rate of $25.000 - $29.00 per hour
Profit sharing is available to eligible employees; this discretionary program is dependent on the profitability of the company.
