- Serves as a mentor and coach for Retail Sales Associates; ensure associates uphold excellence and present connected home solutions and are equipped with the knowledge to provide cutting-edge solutions while mentoring sales associates to develop similar skills to elevate connected home sales.
- Articulate advance features and benefits within a cohesive smart home framework, empowering all Retail Sales Associates through hands-on training to enhance proficiency of selling the electronics category.
- Strong collaboration with Store and Sales Manager to identify and execute cross-selling and upselling within the electronics category.
- Communicates frequently with Retail Sales Associates, Store Manager, Sales Manager, Regional Director, Regional Trainer to provide regular data-driven feedback to refine sales strategies to enhance performance.
- Accountable with Sleep, monthly overviews, analytics, up and coming and IoT product demo.
- Oversee the in-store experience, ensuring interactive displays and technology are maintained to the highest standard.
- Take the lead of the post-purchase process, coordinate with leadership to provide hands-on support for delivery, installation and warranty services while training associates to deliver exceptional post-sale customer care.
- Serve as an integral part of solutions by lading customers through the showroom, expertly guiding them via interactive displays to showcase the connected home experience.
- Maintain exemplary customer satisfaction scores, reflecting the high-level execution as a Connected Homes Specialist to lead, train and inspire the sales team.
- Act as a cornerstone of the Ashley-Samsung partnership by delivering compelling presentations to customers on competitive pricing, flexible financing, and comprehensive warranties.
- Accountable to meet and exceed weekly, monthly and quarterly KPI scorecards based on sales performance for electronics, TVs, Audio Systems, Internet of Things (IoT) produces, PPE and attachment rates.
- Associate’s degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred Experience:
- 3 Years’ experience in retail sales, preferred
- Furniture and electronics experience, with a proven track record of team mentorship/leadership, preferred Licenses or
- Technical Certificates in electronics or smart home technologies highly desirable
