As a Compliance and Regulatory Product Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company's product strategy and ensuring regulatory compliance. You will work closely with senior product managers to develop and deliver high-quality products using agile methodologies.

- Manage product backlogs, prioritizing and refining user stories
- Gather and document product requirements and user stories from stakeholders
- Participate in sprint planning sessions to ensure team understanding of product goals and priorities
- Assist in user acceptance testing to ensure product features meet acceptance criteria
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders on product development progress and gather feedback
- Maintain detailed documentation of product features, requirements, and changes
- Support delivery teams for timely and successful product releases
- Collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field; MBA preferred
- 2 years' experience in product ownership, analysis, or similar roles, preferably in enterprise software engineering and manufacturing industry operations
