- Backlog Management: Manage the product backlog, prioritizing and refining user stories to ensure timely delivery, aligning with business objectives.
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document product requirements and user stories, promoting clear understanding and alignment.
- Sprint Ceremonies: Participate in sprint planning sessions to ensure the team understands product goals and priorities, fostering Agile adoption.
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Plan and conduct UAT to guarantee product features meet acceptance criteria, maintaining quality standards.

Job Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Experience: 2 years of experience in a product owner, product analyst, or similar role, preferably in enterprise software engineering and deep understanding of business operations in manufacturing and/or quality systems.
