The Corporate Quality Assurance Specialist provides essential support to the Senior Corporate Quality Assurance Specialist in addressing all internal and external inquiries related to Grassland products, facilities, and documentation. This role is crucial in managing customer complaints, overseeing internal investigations, ensuring compliance with food safety and product standards, and assisting in the maintenance of product specifications.
- Receive customer complaints; initiate and follow internal investigations through completion; communicate as needed with production, sales, and/or customers related to complaints; log pertinent information for proper tracking/trending of complaints.
- Complete, maintain, and distribute documentation related to food safety and general product information for Grassland facilities, suppliers, and customers as needed.
- Assist in the management and maintenance of product specifications.
- Research regulations and other sources of technical information on an as-needed basis for completion of documentation and verification of compliance.
