As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for directing daily activities, planning production schedules, and ensuring that manufacturing objectives are accomplished in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct daily activities of Operations Managers and Supervisors on multiple shifts
- Plan and coordinate production activities through collaboration with departmental Supervisors, Schedulers, Human Resources Managers, and Quality Systems Trainers
- Lead and mentor production superintendents and supervisors to achieve overall performance goals for production, cost, quality, and safety
In addition to your technical expertise, you will also be responsible for communicating company and departmental issues and goals, facilitating employee growth and development, and managing resources to optimize equipment, facilities, employees, methods, and materials.
