Key Performance Indicators
The success of this role will be measured by:
- Designing and implementing visually stunning showrooms that exceed customer expectations.
- Developing floor plans for upcoming markets that are on time and within budget.
- Maintaining accurate records of product inventory, including ordering and tracking all Ashley product for each market showroom display.
- Traveling to furniture markets and overseeing the design and build-out process of motion showrooms.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in an interior design-related field, preferably retail.
- 1.5 years of relevant work experience in paid social advertising.
- Experience in showroom design, space planning, floor planning, or interior design.
- Proficiency in computer-assisted design/drafting equipment, such as AutoCAD or Revit.
