Position Profile: Safety and Security Specialist

Compensation: $18.00 per hour plus shift differentials

Shift Bonuses for: Night shifts ($0.60) and Weekend days ($1.00)

Your Key Responsibilities:

You will embed safety protocols within our work environment. Your tasks will include coordinating safety training modules, narrating incident sequences through reports, and taking active steps in accident prevention. Primarily situated at the guard post, you oversee the entrance processes for visitors and carrier personnel.

Skills & Credentials:

• Associate Degree in Criminal Justice, Business, or similar field preferred
• Required: 1-2 years in safety or loss prevention discipline
• First Aid certification achievable within 6 months
• A valid driver’s license is essential
