Retail Sales Representative Qualifications:

· At least 1 year of suggestive sales experience preferred

· Commission-based sales experience preferred

· Shifts vary each week - must be available Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays & holidays. Friday and Saturday 10:00-6:00, Sunday 1:00-6:00.

Retail Sales Representative Job Purpose: Ensure each guest receives an amazing retail experience.

Retail Sales Representative Job Duties:

· Create a fun, engaging & easy shopping experience for our guests.

· Maintains up-to-date training and shares product knowledge with guests. Shares information about financing options, warranties & delivery arrangements

· Self-motivated and achieves goals. Own your success.

· Participates in a culture of enthusiasm, effort, and passion around serving our guests.

· Maintains the stability and reputation of the store by addressing guest concerns quickly and efficiently.

· Acquires new customers by reaching out to leads & referrals. Respond to social media inquiries to discuss their needs. Follow up with your leads and customers.

· Submits accurate purchase orders.

· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed and sharing best practices with a peer group.

· Protects coworkers and guests by maintaining a safe and clean store environment.
