Customer Advocate

We're seeking a motivated, experienced, professional Customer Service Agent to join our amazing team of employees at our Portland location.

NOTE: this is not an entry level role. The Customer Advocate will often be involved in the handling of customer service matters that were not able to be resolved by other staff.

SHIFT

• Four 10s [ Sunday Monday Thursday Friday ]

Duties:

• Help with customer service, particularly escalations that cannot be resolved by sales staff
• Help set up service calls
• Listen to clients and try to find solutions for the issue at hand
• Help with clerical roles of tracking customer orders and inventory
• GOAL: teaming with other staff leadership, deliver the customer world-class service such that they will tell their friends and family to shop with us

• Amazing time management skills and ability to multi task on a consistent basis
• Understands and utilizes a genuine focus on customer service
• Strong computer skills
• Punctual and reliable
• Understands and performs proper telephone etiquette skills
• Able to pass pre-hire criminal background check and drug screen

Preferred Requirements

• Retail, customer service experience
• Receptionist experience
• Degree in related field
