Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our Paint Department. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in preparing our parts for painting, ensuring proper finishing and completing final touches after painting is complete.
Responsibilities
- Sanding, assembly & finishing of quality parts
- Load and unload parts on a moving line
- Willingness to cross train and become a painter
- Repetitive use of hand tools and eye for detail
- Good Attendance is a must
Enjoy
- Monday through Thursday 10 hour shifts- some overtime on Fridays and Saturdays
- Full time, temp to direct employment with advancement opportunities!
- Eligibility to get wage increases with completion of training
- Double Time on Saturdays -when you have 50 hours
- No Sundays!
- Weekly Pay-Thursdays
- Monthly Gainshare Bonus averaging $1.45 per hour
