Position Overview:
The Quality Assurance Manager will lead the Quality Assurance team working closely with Product Managers, Developers and external partners supporting all business applications within the organization. This role will oversee the activity of the quality assurance department and staff, developing, implementing, and maintaining a system of quality and reliability testing for
the organizations products and/or development processes. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, on multiple platforms, and with a great IT and managementteam.
The ideal candidate will provide extensive knowledge and understanding of Quality assurance and implement best practices and methodologies, driving compliance, improving quality, and ensuring
reporting consistency across different systems and applications. You will show strong communication and collaboration skills and demonstrate an ability to work with other leaders to provide quality service to our business partners.

Responsibilities:
· Establish/improve quality assurance processes and procedures.
· Determine purpose and use of tools needed to support effective quality assurance operations.
· Ensure that the quality control procedures are implemented during every step of the production process.
· Create, manage, and execute cross-functional test plans and test cases.
· Track and manage data across multiple test environments, SaaS and on-premise
· Manage a team of 1-3 QA analysts, assign, track and resolve testing defects.
· Identify potential sources of error and suggest ways to eliminate them. (Preventive Actions)
· Perform statistical analysis of test results and provide status of categories of defects
· Determine and report on QA readiness to implement solutions.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology preferred, or related field or advanced level IT
certifications.
5-7 years’ experience in managing QA teams in support of large scale, multi-application systems or technical leadership equivalent
Project management and full software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Experience with end-to-end omnichannel order management and inventory management principles, practices, and testing techniques
Knowledge of SaaS-based applications, Salesforce SFRA, Lightning OMS, NetSuite AFA and/or omnichannel inventory management processes preferred
Knowledge of MuleSoft, API frameworks & Integration via API’s POSTMAN (JSON/SOAP)
Knowledge of relational databases, developing SQL, building and executing queries to create datasets
Knowledge of high-level system design methodologies and techniques (such as the entity/relationship model, data/process flow diagrams, API, Cloud, etc.).
Experience with industry standard QA practices, metrics reporting and documentation
Excellent organization and time management skills
Experience with JIRA, Confluence, MS Office and other mainstream collaboration tools.
Experience with Agile, Waterfall and hybrid methodologies
Good communication skill with customers, team, and stakeholders
Superior analytical skills and attention-to-detail
Excellent organization and time management skills
Experience with automated testing tools and/or risk-based testing a plus
Experience working in a Testing Center of Excellence (TCOE) a plus
Any experience within the retail fashion industry would be beneficial
