Job Overview
Ashton is seeking to hire an attention to detail, organized, executive assistant who would like to work and learn in a fast pace office enviorment. This role would support the Executive level in a variety of areas and would be flexibile to support different areas of the company as needed.. The executive assistant must be an excellent communicator, who is profieceitn in calendars, task centered projects, outreach programs, marketing strategies, time management, detail oriented, website maintinance and social media logistics.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive executive administrative support, managing calendars and scheduling appointments efficiently.
- Handle phone communications with professionalism and maintain organized records.
- Assist in event planning and project coordination, ensuring all logistics are executed flawlessly.
- Assist with writing and maintaining policy and procedure manuals
- Assist with Website updates
- Assist with Social Media Content
- Utilize Microsoft Office, Power Point and Google Suite for document preparation, data entry, and correspondence.
- Support office management tasks, including bookkeeping and maintaining filing systems, while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Assit with Marketing strategies and Projects
Qualifications
- Proven experience in executive administrative support and personal assistance
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on calendar management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Familiarity with event planning and project coordination
- Ability to manage office tasks, including data entry and clerical duties
- Ability to work and serve with community outreach projects and set up meetings
- Strong ethics and integrity
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $38,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
