Job Overview
We are seeking a detail oriented, Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all task associted with on site projects; this incldes but is not limited to safety, work plans, project budgets, tooling, labor, schedule, cordination, onsite rentals and QAQC,. This position will be responsible to communicate with both the customer and the field to ensure all milestones are met and the customers expectations are met or exceeded.
The ideal candidate will possess a blend of construction experience, strategic planning abilities, and project management skills to effectively navigate project completion is met in all areas of Safety, Quality, Scheduling and Budget.
Responsibilities
- Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Manage labor needs, with project scopes and milestones,
- Manage all subcontractors for project needs
- Order and call off rent all equipment in a timely manner for each job.
- Oversee Project workplan
- Estimating and budgeting
- Project Forecasting
- Track and Manage all tooling needed for each job
- Implement risk management strategies to identify and mitigate potential project challenges.
- Oversee team performance, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in project management and the project management lifecycle
- Proficiency in project scheduling and scope management
- Excellent negotiation and time management skills
- Strong leadership abilities and strategic planning skills
- OSHA 10
- OSHA 30
- Profecient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Letter and Notification writing

Pay: $60,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
