Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to fill the role of Human Resources Manager. This position will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategic HR initiatives to foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic partner within the management team, contributing to the company's business development and strategic positioning.
- Champion a workforce strategy that enhances Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEI&B).
- Continuously evaluate and forecast the organization’s human capital needs, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Stay abreast of HR trends and best practices, implementing changes that align with organizational objectives.
- Develop and nurture an employee-focused company culture emphasizing customer satisfaction, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee comprehensive HR functions including Benefits Administration, Compensation, Recruitment, Onboarding, Training and Development, Performance Management, Policy Development, and Compliance.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant regulatory and reporting requirements.
- Adapt to changing company needs and perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- Professional HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) and completion of OSHA General Industry training.
- 5 years of experience in HR, particularly in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven management experience in talent acquisition and team mentorship.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and facilitate meetings across employee and executive levels.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HRIS software.
- Ability to design and implement talent acquisition strategies to enhance organizational visibility and reputation.
- Strong analytical skills to assess recruitment trends and develop strategic staffing plans in partnership with senior management.
