Job Title: Technical Sales Representative – Aerospace Industry
Location: Fort Worth, TX
Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 (Depending on Experience)
Job Summary:
Under the close direction of the supervisor, the Field Engineer will support the Field Engineering effort in one or more regions. This role is responsible for working closely with customers to define product requirements, develop product concepts, and ensure customer satisfaction. The Field Engineer will also handle customer inquiries, orders, and expediting processes to ensure on-time delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the efforts of regional factory representatives with marketing agreements in place.
- Provide technical assistance and customer support to existing clients.
- Identify and develop new applications for existing aerospace products.
- Gather and provide insights for potential new product development.
- Coordinate Field Engineering efforts with engineers and managers across different locations.
- Stay updated on the applications and operations of new aerospace technologies and products.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering from an accredited college or university preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in aviation, business development, or program management.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to interact effectively at all levels within a customer organization.
