ASI is actively seeking a Consultant who help support the analysis and reporting for an important Department of Homeland Security federal agency's customer experience strategy.
Objectives :
- Survey Design, Administration, and Analysis- Informally lead and work with teams conducting root cause analysis and action planning, leveraging a range of data collection methods (e.g., targeted surveys, focus groups, interviews). Specific activities for the team may include :
Design, develop, and deploy customer satisfaction and / or employee surveys
POSITION REQUIREMENTS :
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS : Ability to obtain and / or possess favorable Department of Homeland Security Public Trust
LOCATION : 90% Remote with the ability to be onsite for meetings as needed in Springfield, VA
