Landscape Crew Member - Driver

ASI Landscape Management is seeking a skilled and motivated Landscape Crew Member to join our team. As a Landscape Crew Member, you will play a crucial role in maintenance services, dedicated to enhancing outdoor aesthetics and promoting sustainable landscapes. A combination of our commitment to quality maintenance service, technical expertise, and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances in the outdoor work environment, who will provide excellent customer service and take pride in their work while growing with ASI Landscape Management.

Responsibilities:

· Execute daily landscape maintenance on-site per company schedules.

· Operate small machinery, hand and power equipment, manual and gas-powered equipment, and basic tools safely and properly.

· Reports, implements, and follows all company safety protocols.

· Communicate effectively with supervisor, crew leaders and team members in a timely manner.

· Maintain equipment and ensure its proper use and maintenance.

· Any responsibilities that may be assigned by Supervisor and Crew Leader.

Job Requirements:

· Valid Florida Driver’s License 2 years Preferred.

· 1 Year of Landscape Maintenance experience Required.

· Reliable Transportation and Punctual

· Able to lift/push/carry/move up to 50 lbs.

· Physical demands require extended periods of time walking, standing, kneeling, bending, and lifting.

· Strong Communication and teamwork skills

· Attention to detail and commitment to safety.

· Able to work outside in the varied weather conditions of Florida.

· Reports to work on time in appropriate uniform and boots preparedness is readiness.

· High School diploma/GED

· Ability to speak Spanish not a requirement, but highly desirable.

Other Applicable Skills:

· Plant identification

· Able to maneuver standing and or walk-behind power mowers.
