Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Operations and Sales/Purchasing and drive manipulation of incoming demand and supply data to input and maintain proprietary system software.
- Maintain all relevant documentation templates such as PO/SO.
- Identifying areas for process improvement / automation within the current systems to help drive better efficiencies.
- Responsible for completion of approvals/verification Pos and SOs from customers and vendors.
- Ability to conduct data analysis to identify and understand similarities and anomalies across reference data.
- Capable of utilizing collaboration tools such Asana and Monday as well as proprietary software tools.
- Maintaining and completing new customer/vendor credit and insurance forms.
- Maintain bookkeeping and payments for operational expenses when necessary.
- Communicating with field team status of sales orders and associated documents.
- Executing banking and financial document/process.
- Ensure that clients are properly invoiced and provide billing instructions for the accounting team – coordinate, when necessary, with Finance teams.
- Collaborate with operations and accounting teams ship dates and order changes.
- Must be self-motivated with a strong ability to multitask. Ability to work in a fast-paced, change-oriented, deadline-driven environment.
- Must have outstanding attention to detail and commitment to follow-through.
- An unwavering positive attitude, strong drive for results, and the ability to deal with ambiguity are a must.
Education and Experience:
· Prefer 3 years of experience working in supply chain/purchasing/sales support, working in the semiconductor industry a plus.
· BS/BA Business Administration, Data Analytics, Supply Chain and Logistics, or related degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, and the ability to use Excel at an intermediate-advanced level a must.
- Willingness to address critical issues during off-hours as required.
- Experience developing and analyzing concise reports, metrics, and work instructions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely via email, phone, and written documents.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
