- Pay range is between $58,600 to $63,800 annually. Can increase based on experience with possible increases after 6 months from date of hire.
- ACRS pays 100% for employee only HMO/Virtual Plus medical benefits. Additional options are covered anywhere from 75% to 85%.

- Paid Time Off:

- Employee Assistance Program.
- Provides Tier I and II technical support for users. Responds to users support requests both in person, over the phone and ticket queue.
- Troubleshoots software and hardware issues. Reimages computers operating system. Deploys workstations. Communicates with software vendor or accesses on-line technical supports to obtain software updates, upgrade, and or other fixes. Monitors and evaluates efficiency of software/hardware usage.
- Creates documentation, tutorials and trains users in start-up, basic and advanced use of softwares. Coordinates and conducts group training. Creates new users accounts and provides new user orientation.
- Provides administrative and technical support for meetings, and events.
- Attends all agency, program and team meetings, in-service trainings, and supervision.
- Other job-related duties as assigned by management.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or related field from an accredited college or university and one (1) year related work experience; OR
- Associate’s degree and 1-2 years of related work experience; AND
- One (1) year experience Microsoft Windows environment, supporting Microsoft network, and experience Office 365 administration.
- Experience in PowerShell scripting is a plus.
- Ability to provide effective and respectful service to employees, visitors and clients of diverse cultural beliefs and practices.
- Strong communication and customer service skills; ability to use non-technical approaches to train others in the use of computer hardware and software.
- Well-developed problem solving and analytical skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple concurrent projects with various departments.
- Effective ability to navigate a personal computer. Competency in use of the Microsoft Office and other relevant software for word processing, calendaring, e-mail, and data entry. Efficiently research and perform various tasks via the internet.
