In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing the operations of our non-profit organization and helping to shape the future of our industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Executive Director
- Utilize Office365, Google Workspace, Adobe Creative Suite, and other professional tools to optimize operations
- Assist in managing membership through NoviAMS (prior experience not required)
- Handle email correspondence and schedule management efficiently
- Collaborate with event committees to plan and execute various industry events
- Act as a liaison for membership points of contact
- Design and create digital flyers and promotional materials for events
- Attend significant events such as Golf Tournaments, Annual Business Meeting, Winter Gala, and State Convention
- Proficient in Office365 and Google Workspace
- Familiarity with digital platforms and applications is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage daily tasks flexibly
- Self-motivated individual with a proactive approach
- Design skills for creating digital materials (Adobe proficiency is a plus)
- 3-5 years of relevant experience required
- Independent contractor status is mandatory
- Completion of DISC and Working Genius assessments to promote a healthy workplace culture
- Must possess authorization to work in the U.S.
