Assist patients with therapies such as ultrasound and muscle stimulation with the TENS units and maintaining office cleanliness. Reception duties include checking in patients and scheduling both new and existing patient appointments, and basic health insurance verification. Also includes contacting worker's compensation insurance companies as well as billing accounts receivables.
