A Brief Overview
The Sr. IT Director for ASICS North America will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the IT strategy for the region. This visionary leader will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of information technology, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and enhancing operational and organizational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of IT infrastructure, systems integration, and emerging technologies (i.e. AI adoption / utilization etc.) while demonstrating a commitment to fostering innovation and excellence within the organization. In this role, the Sr. IT Director will collaborate closely with global IT teams and key stakeholders to develop and implement a comprehensive IT roadmap that supports ASICS's mission and business goals. This includes driving digital transformation initiatives, optimizing IT resources, and ensuring robust cybersecurity measures are in place.
The Sr. Director will also champion data-driven decision-making, leveraging analytics to inform strategic planning and improve internal and external customer experiences. The successful candidate will be an inspiring leader, adept at managing cross-functional teams and cultivating strong relationships across various departments. They will possess exceptional communication skills and a collaborative mindset, enabling them to effectively convey the IT vision and engage stakeholders at all levels. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to navigate complex challenges in a fast-paced environment.

SALARY / PAY RANGE : $199,000 - $240,000 annually
