Pay range: $61/Hr to $82/Hr on W2
Job Description:
Summary:
- We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join team Arcadia.
- The Sr. Project Manager will work closely with the studio’s leadership and account teams to deliver AR projects from ideation through to execution.
- The role will require oversight of multiple projects and cross-functional teams and will be responsible for delivering AR and Video packages that exceed partner expectations.
- The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication, client management, and strategic thinking skills and will proactively problem solve against creative challenges and logistical hurdles.
- We are looking for a creative, energized, and organized individual that will help us deliver white glove service to our clients, while consistently expressing a 'can do' attitude.
What you will do:
- Oversee world class AR through efficient project management and production guidance
- Own all aspects of the project including leading status meetings, developing timelines, tracking deliverable approvals, and overall ensuring the project moves smoothly
- Manage key client communication throughout the development process and partner with cross functional teams at client
- Ensure successful delivery of a full package of project deliverables inclusive of AR lenses, marketing materials, decks, and sizzle videos
- Work closely with Executive Producer and Arcadia’s Global Director to manage the workload of designers
Required Skills:
- 5-7 years experience working with advertising clients in a creative project manager or producer function
- Experience managing a high volume of projects
- Experienced across multiple production disciplines (video, 3D, design, AR)
- Strong communications skills – clear and direct written and verbal
- Ability to find optimizations to process and packages that drive quicker turn-around times while upholding creative quality
- Experience leading projects from development
Required Education:
- Bachelor's Degree
Required Years of Experience:
- 5-7 years
Desired Skills:
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, projects and ever-changing priorities in potentially stressful situations
- Experience in Agile project management
- Candidates should possess strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail is crucial
- Familiarity with design workflows and handling of design file types
