Work Schedule (Should be Flexible):
8-hour shifts with a 30-minute lunch/break (40 hours per week)
● Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
● Willingness to work additional shifts, if necessary, typically during the summer months, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
Store Hours:
Monday to Saturday: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Sunday: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

As a Specialist in our stores, you will help deliver the customer experience in our retail stores by ensuring customers receive the highest level of customer service at all times, assisting with sales, and managing the operations within the location. In this role you will:
● Assist customers with billing and service questions, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, floor managing, greeting and explaining products and services to customers as needed.
● Provide full and ongoing support for all facets of store operation, inventory processes, and merchandising.
● Place outbound calls to current Verizon customers via warm leads to promote our products and services.
● Interacting face to face to enhance the customer experience, drive revenue and reinforce the sales process through your passion.
● Consistently providing exceptional customer interaction experiences to meet our customers where they are.
Must Have:
●High school diploma or GED.
●One or more years of work experience.
