Employee-owned Home-Tech is seeking two Customer Service Representatives with exceptional interpersonal skills who are both organized and dependable.
If that's you, we would love to have you join our team! Customer service experience is required.
We have two positions available.
1st Opening: Full Time, Tuesday through Saturday, 8am-5pm
2nd Opening: Full or Part Time: Evenings
We provide high-quality service for residential appliances and A/C in Lee, Collier, Charlotte, Sarasota, and Manatee Counties.
These individuals would be responsible for assisting customers with questions and scheduling service.

- Starting pay $16 -$18 an hour. Pay is based on experience.
- 90-Day probationary period
Responsibilities:
- Handle a large volume of incoming calls
- Identify and assist customers’ needs
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Handle customer concerns, provide appropriate suggestions and solutions, and follow-up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures
Requirements:
- Excellent communication, presentation, and active listening skills
- Ability to adapt/respond to customers in a friendly and helpful manner
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
