Job Title: IT Logistics Coordinator
Location: Boston, MA 02134
Duration: 3 Months Contract
Pay Rate: $30.00/hr.
Job Description:
- Serves as a principal source of information on computer selection reach outs and advises faculty or staff on existing options or alternatives.
- Supports outreach to schedule individual deployments as they relate to the overall schedule.
- May assist in preparing orders for computers and related deployment hardware; Ensures customer satisfaction with deployments through follow-up and corrective action.
- Assists in assigning assets to individuals and updating corresponding asset records.
- Works with customers to determine asset reporting needs; Create reports, review asset trends, and review with management on the next steps.
- Assists in managing inventory and asset tracking; Tracks purchased assets from inception through resale or disposal
- Tracks leased assets from inception through disposal/return; Completes asset audits.
