Job Title: Operations Analyst III

Location: New York NY- 10004

Duration: 12 Months 

 Pay Range is $35 to $37.72/hr. on W2 

Job Description: 

• Execute mandatory regulatory mailings in compliance with FINRA, SEC, SIPC Act, and other relevant regulations.
• Monitor and report regulatory metrics & KRIs to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. banking regulations and quickly adapt to evolving financial rules.
• Work with multiple stakeholders, including Compliance, Business Units, and global teams.
• Handle volume spikes, prioritize ad-hoc requests, and manage projects as needed.
• Escalate issues and risks to supervisors in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation to support compliance efforts.
• Respond to internal queries from team members and business units regarding regulatory matters.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in financial operations, regulatory compliance, or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree required (Finance, Business, or related field preferred).
• Knowledge of U.S. banking regulations and financial compliance standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong research, problem-solving, and risk management skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
